Top Quality Red Clay Stain Improvement in McDonough, GA

We have been asked to pressure wash all the concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and breezeways in the newly built Alta Bridges Luxury Apartments in McDonough, GA. Commercial Pressure Washing projects take more time than a residential cleaning for the fact that there is typically more area to power wash. One task we have been asked to do is to clean up the red clay stain on the concrete. Stains on concrete cannot be completely removed but only improved. The reason being that concrete is a very porous substance with tiny microscopic holes. When our infamous Georgia red clay settles on concrete and pernitrates its way deep into the concrete, it stains the inner microscopic walls of the porous concrete and currently there is NO WAY to completely remove the stains.
